Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Figa services available at getfiga.com and app.figa.cc ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service provider

The Services are provided by devnity Paweł Malok, ul. Jesionowa 1, 41-922 Radzionków, Poland, NIP: 6263043079, VAT EU: PL6263043079, REGON: 389075462.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The Services are offered to both consumers (B2C) and business users (B2B), globally. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. You are responsible for ensuring invited users in your workspace comply with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and Paddle

Paid plans are subscription-based. Billing checkout, invoicing, and payment management are provided by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions. Subscription pricing, currency, taxes, and totals are presented during checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage payment method, invoices, and cancellation through billing settings and Paddle-hosted management flows.

Figa currently does not offer a free trial period for paid plans.

5. Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless stated otherwise in your plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrades from paid plans apply at the end of the active period.

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy and may also be subject to mandatory consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services in a way that could impair platform security, reliability, or other users' data.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or unresolved billing status. You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and related materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. For non-consumer disputes, or where mandatory law permits, the competent court is the court in Katowice, Poland. Consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
