Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Figa (getfiga.com and app.figa.cc). Billing transactions are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.

1. Service provider

The Services are provided by devnity Paweł Malok, ul. Jesionowa 1, 41-922 Radzionków, Poland, NIP: 6263043079, VAT EU: PL6263043079, REGON: 389075462.

2. Subscription billing model

Figa paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly). You can cancel any time, and cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

There is currently no free trial period.

3. How to request a refund

You can request a refund through Paddle billing support links available in Paddle receipts or through subscription management pages. You can also contact us at contact@getfiga.com, and we will help route the request.

4. Standard refund approach

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To speed up review, submit the request as soon as possible and include your Paddle transaction details.

• Duplicate charges for the same billing period.
• Accidental double purchases caused by technical issues.
• Billing errors that cannot be reasonably resolved otherwise.
• Cases required by mandatory consumer protection law.

5. Cases generally not refunded

• Partial periods after cancellation (unless required by law).
• Unused time in an active billing period.
• Requests made after long delays without a valid legal basis.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Processing time depends on banks/payment providers and may take several business days after approval.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights available under applicable law (including consumer withdrawal/cooling-off rights where they apply).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Polish law. For non-consumer disputes, or where mandatory law permits, the competent court is the court in Katowice, Poland.
