Can I use Figa for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 20 expenses per month, 1 workspace, dashboard, categories, recurring expenses, and data export. No credit card required.
What happens when I exceed the Free plan limits?
You will be prompted to upgrade to Pro. Existing data is never deleted — you just cannot add new expenses until you upgrade or the next billing cycle resets.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Each workspace member counts as one seat. The workspace owner always counts as one seat. You only pay for active members in workspaces where you are the owner.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro anytime and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
Is AI included in the Pro plan?
Yes. Figa AI (chat edits, invoice extraction, smart suggestions) is included in Pro at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paddle. Paddle handles VAT/tax automatically based on your location.
What billing options are available?
Pro is available as monthly ($6.99/mo), annual ($69.99/yr — two months free), or lifetime ($249.99 one-time payment). The Free plan is always free.
