Workspaces

Workspaces isolate data, members, and automations. Each workspace has role-based access control.

Roles and permissions

owner: full control, including ownership transfer.
admin: workspace management, members, billing-adjacent actions, API keys.
member: day-to-day expense operations.
viewer: read-only access.

API key management policy

API key management is restricted to owner and admin roles. Keys are workspace-scoped and can be generated as read or write. The write preset enables mutation endpoints, including delete and payment operations.
