Free is a full planner for one person with a handful of bills, and it has no time limit. Pro is for more bills, more workspaces and sharing them with other people.

How the 20 expenses work

Free includes the 20 oldest expenses by creation date in each month, counted across all your workspaces. Every occurrence of a recurring bill counts in its month, and a skipped or paused occurrence still takes a place.

Expenses beyond the limit are kept, not deleted. They are locked, and totals then include only the accessible expenses. Upgrading to Pro unlocks all of them.

Rough guide

Rent, utilities, phone, internet, a few subscriptions and an installment plan come to about 10 to 15 bills a month, which fits Free. A shared household or a business usually needs Pro.

When Pro is worth it

  • You share the bills with a partner, a client or a team. See Members and roles.
  • You keep things apart: home and business, or one workspace per project. See Workspaces.
  • You have more than 20 expenses in some months.
  • You are moving from a spreadsheet and want to import it. See Import from CSV.
  • You connect several assistants or workflows to the same workspace.
Pro from $5.83 a month, billed yearly. Compare plans →

No trial, no time limit

There is no Pro trial. Free has no time limit, so you can use it as long as you like and upgrade when you need more. To change plans, see Change, cancel or pay for your plan.
