Add each bill in the currency it is billed in: a US software subscription in dollars, rent in euros. Figa converts amounts to the workspace's base currency for totals, and shows the rate it used.

Base currency

Every workspace has one base currency, chosen when you create it. Monthly totals, the Dashboard and Insights are in this currency. It cannot be changed later, so for costs you count in another currency, like a business abroad, create a separate workspace.

An expense in another currency

In the expense form, choose the Currency next to the amount. The expense keeps its own amount and currency; totals use the converted value.

A $20 subscription in a euro workspace, with the rate details.

Open the expense to see the Rate, the Rate date and its Source. Figa uses European Central Bank reference rates, fetched through Frankfurter. When no rate is published for the day yet, Figa uses the last known rate and marks it Estimated.

Supported currencies

24 currencies: EUR, GBP, CHF, PLN, CZK, SEK, NOK, DKK, HUF, RON, TRY, USD, CAD, MXN, BRL, JPY, CNY, KRW, INR, SGD, HKD, AUD, NZD and KWD.

Variable bills and currency

Forecasts for a variable bill use only earlier bills in the same currency.
